Solitude...What images does that bring to your mind?
Life is too frapping busy.
I believe all of us would function better together if we took time alone.
Unplug. Detach. Destress.
No computer. No cell phone. No spouse. No kids.
A time to read, or reflect, or hike, or just be.
If I can't convince you, maybe Mary can. This is from her most recent release, "The Age of Miracles," which is less "country-sounding" than her past efforts and more folk-y.
